Ebbsfleet provided supervision, skilled tradesmen, cranes, forklift trucks and all the lifting and access equipment required for the removal. All machines were surveyed, match marked and photographed prior to removal. Ebbsfleet Engineering Services produced all packing lists and documentation required for the machinery to leave the country.

A total of 45 machine lines were dismantled, removed and loaded to vehicles over a period of eighteen months. Of particular note were 2 off 600 tonne and 1 off 1200 tonne capacity turntables, and a Schloemann Aluminium Extrusion press. The press alone comprised 11 articulated vehicle loads of equipment plus the abnormal load of the main press section (pictured below) which weighed in at 115 tonnes.
